Formada em 1987 ao decorrer dos anos a banda mudou de nome várias vezes, inicialmente foi formada como Angelica, depois passaram para Minas Tirith, depois para Vergelmir e por último Wuthering Heights, sua sonoridade sempre foi na linha do Prog/Power/Folk Metal.
Recentemente eles lançaram um novo disco intitulado "Salt" que esta sensacional e ótimas composições e a faixa épica Lost At Sea, altamente recomendado!!
